Once the order has been received at our end, we will send an Order Confirmation to your email within 48 hours.

Please do note that once an order has been placed, it CANNOT be cancelled.

All payments are to be Cash-On-Delivery (COD) or made via Bank Transfer to our POSB Savings Account. For bank transfers, our account number will be included in our confirmation email.

The funds transfer can be done by either of the following methods:-  DBS Internet Banking; Cash deposit at the Cash Deposit Machines; or Funds transfer via ATM machines.

Please note that for bank transfers, payment is to be made within 3 days from the order confirmation.
Once the payment has been made, please send us a reply email, giving us the following information:-

1. Indicating your name
2. Order number
3. Transfer from which bank to our POSB Account
4. Date of transfer
5. Total amount transferred
6. If via internet bank transfer, any name or initials

For COD mode of payment, please ensure that the exact change is prepared as the delivery personnel keeps only a small amount of cash for security reasons.

We are not accepting any payment via cheques or credit cards at the moment.

Please note that the delivery via Courier is usually after office hours according to stipulated delivery schedule below. Customers will be informed of the delivery day and time.

Please ensure someone is present to collect the items at the time of delivery. Additional delivery charges will be imposed if no one is present to receive the items or if the address provided is incorrect.

1. During Office Hours: $10.00
2. After Office Hours:    $8.00 (for orders less than $100.00)
3. After Office Hours:    FREE (for orders of $100.00 or more)
4. Urgent Delivery:       $20.00 (subject to stock availability)

(B) Courier charges for residential area within CDB & Orchard area (per order, per delivery point):-

1. During Office Hours: $14.00
2. After Office Hours:    $8.00 (for orders less than $100.00)
3. After Office Hours:    $3 (for orders of $100.00 or more)
4. Urgent Delivery:       $20.00 (subject to stock availability)

Our customer can choose between Normal Hand Delivered Courier or Singpost. We offer Registered Mail Services for a cost of $8.00. This depends on the weight and nature of the product. We will ask our customer choice when we issue a Proforma Invoice over the email once the order has been made.

If customer request for normal mail services, the responsibility of Eden of Frodo & Elvis ends when the item is mailed out.

Normal Mail using SingPost. Postal Charges will be advised at Order Confirmation.

As most courier companies do not operate on Public Holidays, if a customer requests for delivery during Public Holidays, please note that the total charge for the Courier would be $20.00.

If a customer purchases at the same time Skincare products, Wooden Puzzles or with Stickers, the delivery would be via Courier Services. We will advice the customer accordingly.

There is a Free Delivery entitlement to anyone who purchases S$100.00* worth of products or more.

*for residential areas outside CDB & Orchard. $3 for residential areas within CDB & Orchard

If you order an out of stock item, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss how you would like the order handled.

All sales are considered final. No returns shall be accepted.
