Please use the Shopping Cart to place order. Please ensure your contact information, the quantity required are all filled in. Please note that incomplete information can cause your order processing time to be delayed. Once the order has been received at our end, we will send an Order Confirmation to your email within 4 days.

Please do note that once an order has been placed via online, it CANNOT be cancelled. After sending our confirmation email and subsequent reminder, if we do not receive any reply from customers within the date we have indicated, WE WILL CANCEL THE ORDER WITHOUT GIVING ANY FURTHER NOTIFICATION.

As most of our items are available at the above two stores, WE NO LONGER DO COURIER DELIVERY. If customers do not wish to purchase or collect from One Wellness, we will strongly recommend Registered SingPost Delivery.

All payments are to be Cash-On-Delivery (COD) for purchases at Sanctum & One Wellness. Please do note that for direct purchases done at One Wellness, GST has to be paid.

For online purchases, payment is via Bank Transfer to our POSB Savings Account. For bank transfers, our account number will be included in our confirmation email.

The funds transfer can be done by either of the following methods:-  DBS Internet Banking; Cash deposit at the Cash Deposit Machines; or Funds transfer via ATM machines.

Please note that for bank transfers, payment is to be made within 3 days from the order confirmation.

Once the payment has been made, please send us a reply email, giving us the following information:-

1. Indicating your name
2. Order number
3. Transfer from which bank to our POSB Account
4. Date of transfer
5. Total amount transferred
6. If via internet bank transfer, any name or initials

We are not accepting any payment via cheques or credit cards at the moment.
