It is simple. Every $10.00 spent with us (regardless of the products purchased) will entitle you to 1 point. Assuming you have spent $50.00 for the first time (excluding the delivery charges), you would have earned 5 points.

Your points would be reflected in the tax invoice which we issue each time a purchase is made.

We keep track of the points earned by your email address. Every email address is unique. Therefore, we use that as a tracking tool each time a purchase is made. Please ensure that when you make a first time purchase or repeated purchase, your email address be consistent. Our system keeps track of all the orders by the email address and not by any other particulars.

20 points earned – 2% discount on the next purchase
40 points earned – 4% discount on the next purchase
60 points earned – 6% discount on the next purchase
80 points earned – 8% discount on the next purchase
100 points earned – 10% discount on the next purchase + exclusive offers
120 points and above – You are special! We will give the discounts and exclusive offers according to the period and time. In addition, you are entitled to receive a free gift.

If you want to use up the points, please let us know for the next purchase made so that we can make the deductions accordingly. Even if you don’t remember, with the email address, our system would trace and we will ask your permission whether you would like to use up the points. So, it is entirely up to you! You have the flexibility.

If you do not wish to use up the points on the moment, you have a choice to accumulate the points.
